When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment depending on USPS.
Please note that delays may occur due to the carrier, and are outside of our control.
Tracking your shipment
Tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking and follow the shipment until delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed as delivered.
